NABTEB RELEASE NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2014 RESULT

NABTEB registrar Dr. Olatunde Aworanti announced the release of nabteb november/ December 2014 result yesterday 5th of February at the nateb head office in Benin, Edo state. The register said that the exam was held in 1,951 centers, in which out of 77,588 candidate that sat for the exam 42,725 candidate had 5 credit and above including Maths and English.

Lagos state governor Raji Babatunde Fasola (S.A.N), as declared friday 6th of February as a public holiday, these statement was directed by the state head of service Mrs oluwaseyi Williams. The holiday was declared by the state government to enable private, public workers, student and everyone above 18 years of age in the state to collect their Permanent Voters Card (PVC).

AJUMOBI DECLARES 2 DAYS FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN OYO STATE

2 days as been declared as Public holiday in Oyo state by it's state governor Abiola Ajumobi. According to punch,  the holiday begins today 5th February 2015 to the 6th of February. The holiday as been declared to enable the people of the state to collect their Permanent Voters Card (PVC). These announcement was made known by the Oyo state special adviser on media Dr Adedayo Festus.

INEC 2015 election scheduled to kick start on the 14th February 2015, as been kicked against by 16 political parties in Nigeria. The parties stated their fear of losing this year presidential election, due to the uncirculated distribution of Permanent Voters Card (PVC) and also the state of the country insecurity; thereby calling for the postponement of the general election.
Below are the list of political parties clamoring for the postponement of the election:

BUHARI ASSURES NIGERIA A TRANSPARENT ADMINISTRATION FREE FROM CORRUPTION

APC Presidential candidate General Muhamudu Buhari promise Nigeria a transparent government,  the former head of state said he would fight corruption in his administration . speaking at a presidential rally on Tuesday 3 of February at Pantami  international stadium Go be State.
His words and i quote:
“We must do away with corruption as well as develop the Nigerian economy, if we are elected into office by the grace of God, any elected official that is elected or appointed to serve under me must be transparent, because if any of them embezzles public funds, he will
face the consequences.”
He also said his administration would tackle unemployment in the country and also improve the power sector.
“Our youths are suffering and walking round the streets without employment but we will strive to make them gainfully employed, so as to disengage them from vices that can destroy their future,” buhari said these at the rally.
