LABARAN MAKU NOMINATED AS APGA GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE IN NASARAWA

The former minister of information Labaran Maku who deflected from the Peoples Democratic Party to the All Progressive Grand Alliance as been nominated as the "APGA" gubernatorial candidate in Nasarawa state. The party state chairman Ifeanyi Amakor congratulated the former minister and also introduce him to the party executives at both the state and local government level.

SUICIDE BOMBER ATTACK ECWA CHURCH IN GOMBE

A suicide bomber who attempted forcing himself into an Evangelical Church Winning All(ECWA) on the 1st of January 2015 in Gombe state was disallowed entry into the church premises. The bomber thereafter blew up himself leaving few wounded and himself as the only dead causality.

A Car bomb is said to have occurred in fika which is one of the towns in yobe state. According to premium times; the 6 people killed in the car bomb were those conveying the bomb to an unknown destination. It was also said that the bomb explosion occurred not far to a security check post in the above town.

FLIGHT "AIRASIA 8501" STILL MISSING WITH 162 ON BOARD

An Indonesia plane is said to have been missing more than 13 hours ago as at the time this article was published. The "AirAsia 8501" went missing around 7:24pm ET on Saturday 2hours after taking off in Indonesia. It was said that their were 155 passenger & 7 crew member on board making a total of 162 board member. The plane was trace from Surabaya in Indonesia to Singapore after it went missing amidst thunderstorm.
