UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN SHUT DOWN

The Federal University Of  IBADAN shut down its academic activity yesterday, due to the ongoing fuel scarcity. The Director of Public Communication of the institution, Mr. Olatunji Oladejo, in a statement issued yesterday made this announcement after it's conclusion of an impromptu Senate meeting, which included, the Committee of Provost, Deans and Directors. The student were theirby given two weeks break, since their is no fuel to supply water and to power other fuel related amenities in the institution.

Students of the institution, were also advised to vacate the school dormitory and hall, while other non academic activities continues. The school commences academic activities on the 8th of June 2015.
